Historical walls meet modern architecture
Surrounded by attractive castles and historical manor houses dating from earlier centuries the organic farm also boasts more than 450 years of history. The lovingly maintained rustic walls of the Haus am Hof house five holiday apartments and are redolent of past ages.
The adjacent Haus am Lebenberg with holiday apartments and double rooms was constructed in 2018 in a modern architectural style. Both buildings offer the highest degree of aesthetics and quality and the warm atmosphere created by natural materials.

In all seasons you can find him in his apple orchards and vineyards on the farm. If he stops work for a moment, it may simply be to enthuse about new and old varieties of fruit, methods of cultivation, wine and much more.

On the farm
Holiday on the organic farm in South Tyrol. With the Roter Hahn quality symbol with its four proud flowers Heinrich and Marlene Platter live out their promise to Nature and to people with all their heart and soul. On their farm the passionate hosts cultivate apples and wine grapes for the most part.
If you take a look around the farm you will find hidden corners, where you can enjoy blessed peace and quiet and in the vegetable garden you will find an amazing range of fruits and vegetable varieties which thrive in sun-drenched Cermes in an almost exotic location. The southerners, persimmon and figs, ripen well here, side by side with juicy local fruit and vegetable varieties, which find their way, crisp and fresh, on to your breakfast table.
And after a relaxed start to the day you can take your book to the private terrace for a leisurely read or go to the pool with a wonderful view over the whole area around Merano and the Val d'Adige right to Bolzano and the Dolomites beyond.

What will it be, then? From the moment breakfast begins the guest is king and is spoilt for choice at the large breakfast table, where the delicious organic products from the farm and the immediate locality are set out in pretty little bowls and on delightful plates.
Quality you can taste and when everything is also home-made, such as the breakfast muesli, the bread and cakes, baked fresh each day, breakfast is every holidaymaker's dream. You can also purchase wonderful products, such as delicious jams, apple juice, wines and seasonal products, to take home with you to make the holiday mood last a little longer.
The quiet, dreamy inner courtyard and the special flair of the breakfast room with its old vaulting is something many of you would love to take home.

Nothing like taking to the trail!
If you also want to go hiking, the Oberglunigerhof is the right place for you. Level paths along the water channels offer gentle walks by the murmuring streams, leading out and up to the loveliest mountain peaks in the area.
What makes hiking in our region so exciting is the wealth of paths and gradients, and above all the region with its picturesque natural and cultivated landscapes. In summer there are further attractions at lakes and bathing places; in winter you can enjoy a wonderful selection of skiing areas and quiet winter locations for snow-shoe hikes or sledge rides.
