Bathrobe
Cosy bathrobes can be rented for a fee of € 12.00 per person for the duration of your stay.

Breakfast
Daily from 7.30 to 10.30 am Marlene and Jasmin Platter's breakfast room smells of fresh coffee, home-baked pastries and bread, mountain herb teas - of breakfast happiness! We offer a fine selection of sweet and savoury quality organic products, home-made jams, fine mountain cheese, home-baked pastries and hearty sliced cold meats. In addition we serve fresh egg dishes. There is always a smile and many tips for the day from Marlene Platter and her team. Cost: € 22.00 per person; € 12.00 for children from 6 to 9.9 years and € 6.00 for children from 3 to 5.9 years.

Bread roll service
Mmm... that smells lovely! We are delighted to deliver freshly baked loaves and rolls selected by you, to your apartment door. In addition you can buy a variety of quality products, such as jams and juices in our own farm shop. You want to be really spoiled? In that case we recommend our breakfast in the picturesque inner courtyard or in the rustic breakfast room (see B).

Cancellation
No-one finds cancellation pleasant. But of course, we know that sometimes something can prevent you taking the holiday. In any case please contact us as early as possible, so that we can work together to find a solution. The following shows our cancellation fees scale: up to 30 days prior to planned arrival cancellation is without charge; as from 30 days prior to planned arrival: 20 % of the total booking amount; as from 14days prior to planned arrival: 50 % of the total booking amount, as from 7 days prior to planned arrival: 80 % of the total booking amount, one day prior to planned arrival or if you fail to arrive: 100 % of the total booking amount.

Collection service
We will be pleased to collect you from the railway station in Merano. For reasons of organisation we request that you let us know in good time.

Cycling
We are delighted to offer to our guests on two wheels the use of our garage for storing and charging your (e-) bike. You did not bring a bike? There are many suppliers in the area, who offer cycles of all types for hire.

Family atmosphere
We offer our guests privacy and peace and quiet, while at the same time our farm has a consistently friendly, family atmosphere. Our family lives on the farm. We always do our utmost to satisfy your holiday wishes. Do not hesitate to contact us at any time of you have any questions, requests or wishes.

Family holiday
When required, we offer families cots and high chairs. There is also a wooden climbing frame for the use of our little (and not so little) guests.

Farm
Father and son, Heini and Michael farm our organic business with a great deal of love and hard work. Apples and wine grapes are the main crops, but we also grow other varieties of fruit, vegetables and herbs for domestic use. Mother and daughter, Marlene and Jasmin turn the products into home-made delicacies, such as juices, jams, compotes, pastries baked fresh every day and much more.

Final cleaning
The final cleaning is included in the booking price for our rooms and apartments.

Guest card
On arrival you are given our guest card, which entitles you to a wide variety of reductions in the holiday region.

Hand and bath towels
All our residential units are provided with hand and bath towels. In order to protect the environment, we change only those towels, which you leave on the bathroom floor before leaving your room or apartment.

Laundry
All our residential units are equipped with quality hand and bath towels, bed linen, blankets and dish-towels (apartments).

Organic
We have been living and farming organically for years, and so we had no doubt that we want to offer our guests also a sustainable holiday in our holiday apartments and rooms. They have been built or converted using organic construction methods and all the products offered on the farm are 100% organic.

Parking
Free car parking spaces are provided immediately in front of our house.

Payment methods
You are welcome to settle your bill in cash, by bank card or credit card (EC card, Mastercard, Visa) or by bank transfer in advance. In Italy, payments in cash are restricted to a maximum of € 2,999.99 per bill.

Pets
We love animals. However for reasons of hygiene we accept pets only in certain residential units. We also ask you most kindly please do not bring your four-legged friend with you into the breakfast room. Supplement per pet and day: € 18.00.

Pool & garden
Spend all day in our garden with its cosy alcoves. in summer and autumn you are welcome to pick and eat the wild strawberries and other fruit. You are also welcome to use our pool with its views from Merano over the Val d'Adige to Bolzano in the warmer seasons of the year.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our premises and rooms. Please enjoy your cigarette on our balconies or in the garden area. We request that you kindly always use the ashtrays.

Travel cancellation insurance
We hope that your holiday proceeds as planned. However, should anything prevent this, our cancellation conditions apply (see cancellation). So that you can look forward without worries to your holiday on the Oberglunigerhof we recommend that you conclude a travel cancellation insurance e.g. Europäische Reiserücktrittsversicherung

Vegetarians & allergy sufferers
We want to offer you breakfast enjoyment, which takes your individual wishes and requests into account. Please let us know on the previous day, so that we can obtain the products you want.

Wanderlust
Our farm is the ideal departure point for a great variety of hiking and mountain tours. We will be delighted to assist you with individual tips for hikes and excursions.

Water
Pure, healthy Grander water flows from our water pipes. Enjoy drinking it and washing and cooking with it.

W-LAN
All our residential units have free access to W-LAN.
